When I first came across the term "servant leader" a few years back, I knew it was the formula for everything a service company should embody. Placing customers - along with our teammates - first and foremost, was a business model that I could identify with and stand behind as a number one defining principle of a successful business culture.
Having spent my career as a salesperson and sales leader, the needs of my clients were always foremost in my mind and efforts. I'm delighted to extend this philosophy to our entire Mammoth-AI organization and continue the spirit of servant leadership to all I can serve.
